The method used in this study is a survey method by distributing questionnaires, but it is not processed through statistics because it does not intend to test hypotheses. Questionnaires were given to respondents using close ended questions to get answers from respondents. The conclusion was that the ERP system agreed to support employees work, even though the first time they feel difficult to deal with the system. Coaching on employees that encourage employees can adaptation to the use of ERP. The Training must support the company’s beliefs, attitudes, and values.
